This site describes our journey of paying off our debt and the bumps we have had/will have along the way. Be sure to check back for updates :)

About Me

I am a graduate of Northeast MS Community College and Mississippi State University. I have an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. After graduation, Eric and I moved to Little Rock, AR where I worked as a Programmer/Analyst for Dillard's Department Stores. In May of 2007, we moved back to Mississippi. I'm currently a Programmer/Analyst for the Social Science Research Center at Mississippi State University. I am married to a wonderful man named Eric, who you will read about in the next paragraph.

When I have free time, you can usually find me taking pictures or uploading the pics I've taken to flickr. On the weekends Eric and I usually hang around the house watching football or catching up on shows we recorded with our DVR.

About Eric

Eric is a graduate of Northeast MS Community College, where he obtained his Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting. He currently is a Product Designer for Ashley Furniture. When we lived in Arkansas, he worked for SteelBuilding.com. In his free time you can usually find him playing football or Halo 3 on his XBox 360 or mowing the yard with his new John Deere. Last but not least, his absolute favorite food is pickles, especially Claussen Halves.

Eric would like to say: Rest in Peace Darrell "Dimebag" Abbott.

About Us

We met one night while we were both chatting on ICQ. I was looking for someone to talk to and his screenname of bully caught my eye because I was wanting to talk to someone who was going to Mississippi State. Come to find out he was, and we began talking more. About a year later we decided to meet and we had our first date on July 14, 2000. We have been together 7 years now. Eric proposed on December 10, 2005 right beside the Stephen Lee statue on the drill field at Mississippi State University. We were united in marriage July 1, 2006. Our wedding was beautiful. Sometimes it still surprises me that I am lucky enough to be married to Eric. In June of 2007, we bought our first house and are loving being homeowners.

About Jaz

While we were living in Arkansas, we decided it was about time that we got a dog. One Sunday, we decided to visit one of the animal shelters in Little Rock and see what we would find. What we found was Jaz, the cutest, sweetest, smartest dog I've ever owned. She was the only dog in the shelter that was not barking. In fact, she was sleeping peacefully in her bed. We found out that she had been there for over a year, after being left there because her owner passed away. Well we decided we had to have her. Since we adopted her she has brightened our lives more than we could have imagined. If you ever visit my flickr page you will see she is my favorite subject to photograph.
